Description:

Do you wonder if your students really understand the concept? Is your assessment all online testing? This workshop will provide strategies that you can use to collect data about your students understanding. These will include both oral and written strategies and how they connect to the Victorian Curriculum. Participants will look at ‘Reasoning Boards’ and what information you can collect including the strategies that are being used in the task and what misconceptions the students might have. We will look at how these strategies build the students reasoning and how they can be used as pre and post assessments. We will also look at how these strategies relate to the Mathematical Proficiencies. There will be time for questions at the end of the session. It will be a fabulous session and I look forward to seeing you there.

Please note that this session will be recorded and sent out after the session to all registered participants.
