2025 Conference Theme: Transforming Mathematics Education: Strategies for Empowerment, Engagement, and Excellence Regional Tour The theme of this conference focuses on teaching strategies and pedagogies designed to engage and empower students. Participants will connect mathematics teaching strategies with the curriculum expectations. Sessions will include content related to mathematical modelling and statistical investigations, responding to changes in the curriculum. Teachers will develop skills and knowledge related to the importance of mathematical representations that foster connections and deeper understanding. The conference offer opportunities to further understand explicit teaching as it builds towards understanding of mathematics. A key focus will be mathematics tools, strategies, critical thinking and reflection. By the end of the conference, participants will be equipped with tools, strategies and techniques to foster their learning environment.
