Note: This is a 5 part virtual professional learning series for teachers of years F to 6.
This series of after school professional learning sessions are designed for teachers and those who will be supporting student learning as tutors in 2021. One big idea in number will be focused on during each session. Advice to identify difficulties and misconceptions, building student knowledge and confidence and targeted teaching tips will be shared. Each session will be consist of hands on tasks ready for you to utilise in the classroom to check for understanding.
This short series of virtual learning sessions are designed for teachers wishing to refresh their knowledge and connect with others in similar roles across Victoria.
Note: These sessions will be recorded and emailed to participants, however there is no guarantee that the recording will be successful.

All registrations after this date will have access to a video recording of the event and all resources.

About the presenter:
Jenifer Bowden will lead the majority of these sessions, joined by guest speakers, hand picked for their expertise. Their wealth of experience and knowledge in the classroom across all levels of the curriculum will be shared. They focus on building teachers’ capacity to support student learning through building collaborative teacher learners. Jen leads school improvement initiatives, models effective teaching, coaches and plays the role of critical friend with schools all across Victoria.
