What's in the 2026 calendar

Term 1 highlights include the VCE Conference at RMIT on 13 February, regional conferences in Bendigo (13 March) and Moe (27 March), plus the launch of the Victorian Coding Challenge and Victorian Maths Games Challenge, both running on-demand from March.

Throughout the year, schools can plan for major events such as the Melbourne Mathematics Conference on 3–4 June, MAV Games Days, Maths Talent Quest registrations and judging, and the MAV Annual Conference on 4–5 December.

Support all year round

The calendar also showcases year-round opportunities including school-based consulting, responsive webinars, and the Build Me Up program for Years 7–10 and VCE, offered across Terms 1–3.

Dates are subject to change, so educators are encouraged to use the calendar alongside the MAV website for the most up-to-date information when planning their 2026 maths programs.
