MAV Community update

Following a joint review in collaboration with the Mathematical Association of New South Wales (MANSW) and the Mathematical Association of Victoria (MAV), a decision has been made to formally close the current Maths Community platform.

The shared platform was designed to connect educators and support resource sharing across our networks. While it has provided a space for discussion, it has not offered the accessibility, engagement, or functionality our members need in a modern community space. The ongoing costs of maintaining the platform also outweigh the benefits to members.

The current MAV Community site will close on 14 September, 2025

We're excited to share that MAV will be moving our community to a more accessible, mobile-friendly space, making it easier for members to connect, collaborate, and share resources.
