Description: MAV Conference Dinner 2026 – Registration Information Join us for a relaxed and entertaining evening of food, fun, and mathematics at the MAV Conference Dinner 2026, held at La Trobe University. This informal dinner is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, connect with fellow attendees, and build new professional relationships in a friendly and engaging setting. Event Details Date: Thursday 3 December 2026 Time: Cash bar opens at 5:30 pm \| Dinner served from 6:00 pm Location: La Trobe University Price: $50 (MAV members) \| $62.50 (Non-members) Drinks: Available for purchase (card only) Evening Program and Dinner Menu Enjoy a delicious dinner accompanied by mathematical trivia and games. Event Booking and Cancellation Policy

Participants who cancel their booking on or prior to the advertised closing date will receive a full refund less the cancellation fee of $35. All cancellations must be in writing and include any documentation already sent out. (Except in the case of illness, a 50% refund is available subject to supply of a medical certificate. The certificate and application for refund must be supplied in writing to MAV within 24 hours after the event.)

NO REFUNDS are available after the advertised closing date as costs will have been incurred and catering booked.

If events are free there is no cancellation fee.
