Description: REGISTRATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 12TH SEPTEMBER In this state-wide inter-school competition, students form teams to compete against groups from other schools in an engaging face-to-face coding event. The day will be packed with a variety of activities, high energy, fun, and healthy competition. Teams of 2-4 students will participate in numerous challenges and games, ensuring a day filled with excitement, friendly rivalry, and the chance to win prizes. (Entry to stage 2 is not dependent on completing stage 1, but students must be registered for stage 1 before enrolling in stage 2.) Each school can enrol up to two teams per year level category, allowing a maximum of eight students from years 7 and 8 to participate.

Event Booking and Cancellation Policy

Participants who cancel their booking on or prior to the advertised closing date will receive a full refund less the cancellation fee of $35. All cancellations must be in writing and include any documentation already sent out. (Except in the case of illness, a 50% refund is available subject to supply of a medical certificate. The certificate and application for refund must be supplied in writing to MAV within 24 hours after the event.)

NO REFUNDS are available after the advertised closing date as costs will have been incurred and catering booked.

If events are free there is no cancellation fee.
