Event booking and cancellation policy
- On or before the closing date: cancel and receive a full refund, less a $35 cancellation fee.
- After the closing date: no refunds are available, as costs will have been incurred and catering booked.
- Illness: a 50% refund is available with a medical certificate. The certificate and refund application must be sent to MAV in writing within 24 hours after the event.
- All cancellations must be in writing and include any documentation already sent to you.
Free events have no cancellation fee.
