Description:

If you're ready to move beyond surface-level changes and truly strengthen your mathematics program, this session is designed for you.

This high-impact experience supports school leaders to take a deep, strategic look at their current mathematics teaching and learning—grounded in evidence, aligned to best practice, and focused on real outcomes for students.

What makes this session different?

You'll engage in a structured process that goes beyond reflection to informed action:

  • Use carefully designed analysis tools to unpack the effectiveness of your current program
  • Interrogate your data and practice to uncover what’s working, for whom, and why
  • Identify high-leverage opportunities for growth, not just surface improvements

From insight to action

Through guided reflection and a practical decision-making framework, you'll:

  • Prioritise the areas that will have the greatest impact on student learning
  • Develop a clear, focused direction for your mathematics strategy
  • Build confidence in making purposeful, evidence-informed decisions as a leader

Walk away with clarity and momentum

This session equips you with more than ideas—you'll leave with:

  • A sharpened understanding of your current state
  • A prioritised pathway for improvement
  • The tools and thinking to lead sustained, system-wide change in mathematics
