Renee is an experienced educator currently working as an Education Consultant at the Mathematical Association of Victoria. With over ten years of experience, she has also served as a Numeracy Leader in primary schools. Renee holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership and is dedicated to fostering a growth mindset among both students and teachers. She achieves this by designing tasks that allow for multiple entry points and by providing scaffolding to support learners of all abilities. Drawing on her extensive teaching experience and leadership skills, Renee emphasizes authentic collaboration and connection with fellow teachers and students. She prioritises building confidence in mathematical content knowledge and ensuring that individuals are aware of their next steps in the learning process.
