Description: Explore free professional learning opportunities to support teachers in integrating Mathematics and Digital Technologies in meaningful ways. Participants will be introduced to the Maths in Schools resources and the CSER STEM Digital Technologies courses, with examples of classroom activities that connect maths concepts with coding, data, and problem-solving. Teachers will leave with practical ideas, links to free courses and resources, including the free CSER National Lending Library. Celia Coffa Celia has extensive experience as an educator, classroom teacher, ICT coordinator and eLearning Coach. Her enthusiasm for being a ‘networked educator’ and connecting teachers to each other's ideas led to the introduction of Teachmeets in Victoria. Her role as Project Officer for the CSER - Computer Science Education Research team of the Adelaide University (Maths and Digital Technologies) allows Celia to work with teachers across the state and to develop and deliver professional learning both in face-to-face opportunities and on-line environments. The Maths in Schools project has allowed Celia to explore the connections between maths and digital technologies from a practical classroom perspective. Registrations close 4th May 2026

Event Booking and Cancellation Policy

Participants who cancel their booking on or prior to the advertised closing date will receive a full refund less the cancellation fee of $35. All cancellations must be in writing and include any documentation already sent out. (Except in the case of illness, a 50% refund is available subject to supply of a medical certificate. The certificate and application for refund must be supplied in writing to MAV within 24 hours after the event.)

NO REFUNDS are available after the advertised closing date as costs will have been incurred and catering booked.

If events are free there is no cancellation fee.
