Cost (including GST): Late enrolment online: $190 for MAV Members,   $245 Non members
Your late enrolment fee includes GST, morning tea, and lunch and a CD of the presenters’ notes.

Acknowledgement of application
You will automatically receive an acknowledgement of application by email once you submit this registration. If the event is fully booked you will be notified and added to the waiting list.
Confirmation of enrolment
Confirmation of session details and venue will be sent by email approximately 1 week before the program.
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration up to 10 working days prior to the Professional Learning program and receive a full refund.
Registrations cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the day will receive a 50% refund, but cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the day will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend but have someone else to take your place, the registration can be transferred to another participant.
If for any reason the proposed Professional Learning program does not run in its advertised format, participants will be notified of alterations and given the option of confirming their booking or cancelling with a full refund.
The MAV reserves the right to cancel programs at any time. In the event of cancellation by the MAV, the participant will receive a full refund.
