TI-Nspire CAS Calculator Workshops coming your way.

In partnership with MAV, Texas Instruments is bringing you the following set of three after school workshops around several locations in Melbourne:

These workshops are at no cost to participants.

  1. TI-Nspire CAS - Getting started
    This session will go over the layout of the calculator, the document & page structure, give tips and shortcuts on how to easily use the mouse feature and basically give a general tour so that teachers can feel more confident moving around the environments. How to upgrade your calculators operating system (OS) will also be included.
  2. TI-Nspire CAS - Mathematical Methods Units 1 & 2
    This workshop will give practical ways in which the TI-Nspire CAS can be used for teacher demonstrations, and 'CAS-active' explorations in Mathematical Methods Units 1 & 2.
  3. TI-Nspire CAS - General Mathematics Units 1 & 2
    This workshop will give practical ways in which the TI-Nspire CAS can be used for General Mathematics Units 1 & 2, with a focus on the powerful Data & Statistics application.

One-day workshops on TI-nspire CAS and Mathematical Methods Units 1 & 2 , TI-nspire CAS and General Mathematics Units 1 & 2 and TI-89t are also available .
Due to venue hire and catering these workshops cost $65 per person.
