MAV provides an extensive program of Professional Development
for teachers of all year levels. PD is delivered by experienced
presenters, many of whom are practising classroom teachers.
Our
program ranges from two-hour after-school sessions to full-day
events,
both in the Melbourne metropolitan area and in regional centres.

2008 Public Lecture Series
ConnectEd Maths, the 2008 Public Lecture Series, consists of four lectures taking place in August, September, October and November. Presented bt Drs Burkard Polster and Marty, these very popular lectures appealed to mathematics buffs, families looking for some fun and something to do together, mathematics teachers looking inspiration and to anyone seeking something to stretch a young mind or two.
