MAV provides an extensive program of Professional Development
for teachers of all year levels. PD is delivered by experienced
presenters, many of whom are practising classroom teachers.
Our
program ranges from two-hour after-school sessions to full-day
events,
both in the Melbourne metropolitan area and in regional centres.

MAV Maths Talent Quest
Congratulations to all students and schools who entered the MAV Maths Talent Quest for 2008. The National and State Award Ceremony is on Thursday 23 October 2008.
State-wide Games
Days
A Maths Games Day is an opportunity for students to develop their mathematical talents and thinking skills in a setting where maths is regarded as fun and worthwhile with like-minded students from a diverse range of schools.
VCE Revision Lectures
VCE revision lectures are relevant to all year 12 maths students and provide high-quality revision lectures at a reasonable price. The 2008 VCE Revision Lectures for Students were held at schools in Melbourne and regional centres during September 2008.
